We don't often leave our dog Daisy in kennels, in fact only once in her 9 years, so I was a little apprehensive, I shouldn't have been! Debbie so obviously loves her dogs and takes great care of them, Daisy came back to us looking better than she has in years, her coat gleaming, nails clipped and smelling fragrant - fantastic! I almost felt guilty bringing her home. I would definitely recommend Berrier Boarders to anyone, especially if you are looking for a small, family run business where your dog will be given personal attention. Daisy will be going back!!

Many thanks for looking after Becky and Tilly. It was great to be able to relax knowing that they were in good hands. The kennels are excellent and there was plenty of room for two labs to be warm and cosy in what was terrible weather. Even more important to us was knowing that you care so much about dogs and are willing to spend time with them and give them plenty of exercise. It was wonderful to come back to collect two very happy and relaxed dogs. All the best in your new venture. We will certainly be using your kennels again and recommending you to friends and guests who stay at our Bed & Breakfast.

Staying at Whitbarrow village we used to be a bit lost , the middle of the lakes with fantastic walking country but our dog and walking partner Madge had to stay at home, no pets policy at Whitbarrow . The nearest kennels used to be at the far side of Penrith half an hour away. Why go to the lakes without your walking partner !!!!!!! NOT NOW !!!!! Thanks to Debbie at Berrier boarders all is now well. Kennels are very clean and tidy and your dog is looked after as if its there own . Our minds were put at rest the first night , it was our dogs first time ever in kennels and a text from debbie to say our dog had settled and all was well, made us feel totally at ease. Although only on a bed and breakfast stay for a couple of nights i will have no problems with sending our dog back to Berrier in the future for a long or short stay.
